Helen, I'm just checking in on some blogs, and was so sad to see this. Beckett was such a wonderful dog, and I'm sorry that you didn't get more time with him. What a huge loss, but what a wonderful life you gave him.
I was so sure after he had his 10th birthday that we would have many more years. Hemangiosarcoma is such a silent killer, no symptoms until he stopped eating. I let him go just before Christmas, he wasn't yet in distress. It was quite a shock, still hard to believe he's gone.
Hugs to you, Miss Helen and Keltic♥

DeleteThat is a shock. I'm glad he didn't suffer, but it still seems unfair. My heart goes out to you.
DeleteThat is a lovely memorial to dear Beckett. We too have had to deal with the horror of hemangiosarcoma - cancer is awful.
